Eastern Kentucky Flood Disaster Resources

KY APEX Accelerator (formerly known as KYPTAC) will provide updates related to Eastern Kentucky Flood Disaster relief efforts as we receive them from the federal and state agencies involved in the efforts.
Kentucky-based businesses interested in participating in recovery efforts are encouraged to register as KY APEX clients. You must register as a client before receiving KY APEX services.

Funding was made available when, on July 29, 2022, President Joe Biden approved a major disaster declaration for portions of Eastern Kentucky as a result of severe storms, flooding, landslides and mudslides beginning on July 26.
Kentucky counties affected by this declaration include Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Johnson, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Martin, Owsley, Perry, Pike and Wolfe.
